Creamed Chicken
Precooked boneless chicken, cut up, or whole chicken breast, bone-in
4 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
small sour cream
pepper to taste
Pop open biscuits
Option #1-Combine soups and chicken pieces, and heat, do not boil, remove from heat. Stir in sour cream and pepper to taste. Salt is not needed, soup is full of it. Serve over biscuits.
Option #2-Combine soups, sour cream and pepper, pour over chicken breast in deep baking dish and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Looks great served on rice.
