The time, is the not to distant not quite near sorta far but not really that far future. The setting, is Earth2, a new Earth built and rebuilt about 5 times. Earth2 was built when it's predecessor just suddenly hatched open and released a giant chicken into space. The character, is Jimmy Reeb, a lost, bored person.
Earth2 is just basically a clone of the first Earth, but crappier. The only thing keeping it from exploding from stupidness, is the stupidness. Gangs, mobsters, and political machines control the government and cities, and everyone just sits around watching bad t.v. reruns.
Jimmy Reeb (mentioned earlier) is one of the people that doesn't believe that everyone should watch BAD t.v. reruns. They should watch t.v., but for riced sakes (one of Jimmy's mottos), they need new shows!
So Jimmy decides to go to the t.v. rerun central place, and tries to convince the C.E.O.'s's mobsters (like I said, mobsters and gangs and political machines controlled everything), and fails to convince them to get new shows.
Conviently taking a gun with him, Jimmy decides to go on a rampage. He shoots anything and everything until he gets the shows to be new. This seems pretty easy, but nope. There are a lotta twists and turns in the plot and story and blah blah blah, and yeah. It's interesting.
