My Guitars Page.
This is where various info on my guitars
can be found. Yup. I have three guitars right now, Pictures and
descriptions shall insue:
Big Red
Tiny
Little Dano
Big Red:
This is my first guitar ever.
It’s a Jay Turser Vintage Series. I got it from Music
Center Canada in the
summer of ’03 for $240. It does the job,
but some things are out of whack with it.
I have to readjust the bridge and the angle of the neck. I’ll do that when I have time to. But yeah, it’s a pretty standard little strat rip-off. Nice
color, a couple of dents, sounds like crap for now but I’ll change that. I remember when I bought this one. I only had enough money to afford the guitar, I had no strap, no case, no amp and no tuner. That was shitty. In order to hear it properly I plugged it in
to some shit-ass computer speakers, those were the days. I also was saving for the amp so I couldn’t buy
a strap yet, so I made one out of duct tape.
It was sturdy, and stylish. I
keep this guitar tuned to drop-D so that I don’t have to constantly tune and
retune. This is the one that is used for
playing Rammstein and Disturbed songs as well as
songs by other bands that use D. But
anyhow, here are some picture of it: Back to top

Tiny:
This is my second guitar. I bought it the summer of ’04 from Music Center Canada like my last one. It is a
Jackson JS330 Randy Rhoads. Cost about
$470-ish. I like this one, I think that it
looks good, and it is of way higher quality than Big Red. I call this one Tiny and the other Big Red
because of the weight difference. This
one is extremely light compared to Red.
A little awkward to sit with, but such is life. I keep this one in standard tuning for clean
songs and for the many bands that use standard tuning or some variation of it
(Slayer, In Flames, Iron Maiden, etc.).
I enjoy this guitar. It sports
one of my favorite record labels on the back, Nuclear Blast. They tend to some of my favorite bands such
as Soilwork and In Flames. But yeah, not top of the line, but still
great in comparison with Big Red. Pictures shall follow: Back to top

Little Dano:
This bass guitar is special to
me. Not just because its
my only bass, but because of where I got it from. My girlfriend, Danielle, gave it to me( hence the name, “Little Dano”). She bought it a number of years back and hasn’t
touched it for a long time, so it is now mine.
Bass is fun to play, I prefer to finger pick and play it like its meant to be played rather than use a pick, unless I have
to play fast shit, then the pick is the only way to go. I have absolutely no idea what kind of bass
it is or how much it is worth, but it is nice and I like it. Standard 4-string, nothing
too fancy. I like it. Here are a
few pictures: Back to top
