Rising Oaks coven is a newly forming coven with an emphasis on faithful practice of Wicca as Craft and religion, healing ourselves and others, learning and growing in a small committed group. We are Gardnerian-derived; we feel we are true to the creative and experimental atmosphere of the early Gardnerian line.
