All the inspiration came from various animes - like Ghost in the Shell, Armitage, and Battle Angel Alita, also from various sci fi movies that have captured my imagination - like Terminator(2), Matrix,and Blade Runner. Was also influenced by different cyberpunk novels and short stories I have read.
Currently working to create a collection of cyberpunk poetry to be broken up into three parts.
Part One: The Pondering Replicant alone.
Part Two: The City as a Cold Machine.
Part Three: The Relationship Between Man and Machine.

tiny microchip tears, dangling from empty sockets
wirey eyes
cold fingertips
shake and sputter
at your rhythmic machine touch
the web binds you to me
to no one
to the net of beings, constantly buzzing in your shattered brain
calling you out,
back and beyond
the Matrix years...
Reborne
in the scrap heap
only to die
time and time again
as the Phoenix Fire
burns eternal
within new body
spark,
new soul
once more....
