Why
did it take three years for me to see,
Who
you really were to me.
You
were my friend, my very close friend.
The
confusing one I could never apprehend.
I
knew you in 6th grade where we never met.
I
met you in 7th grade where you could never bet.
Bet
how good of friends we would be,
Bet
how 8th grade brought you to me.
I
will always remember that fight we had.
All
the times you’ve made me sad.
But
then I remember all our happiness,
And
for days I’ll stare at your blissfulness.
I
had a lot of cries on the last day of school.
Yes
big Ron cried and looked like the biggest fool.
But
those tears are for people like you,
Because
you’ve changed myself, just like you always do.
I
don’t count the times you’ve helped me,
Because
it’d take all day for you to see
How
much you actually do
How
much I am going to miss you.
It
seemed like forever that you’d be here.
But
now the time has come for us to fear.
Be
scared that you are actually leaving,
Scream
because you are finally believing.
Believe
now that things won’t be the same.
Because
you won’t be here, but no one’s to blame.
No
one can stop you from leaving everybody and me.
Because
things change, as you can see.
But
as long as you remember everybody, it’ll be okay.
Because
if you do, it’s like you never went away.
But
if you forget how we all sat by the spot,
Then
you’ll forget apart of your life and just rot.
Keep
us all in the depth ofyour heart,
Like
it’s been shot within with a dart.
And
while you keep us all in your heart,
I’M
GOING TO MAKE A FART!
When an old door closes, a new one opens. Sometimes people are too busy on the old door, they don’t realize that there is a new one waiting for them. Even though it’s way too unbearable to leave all of us, that doesn’t mean you can’t like the place you’re going to. Don’t let the past pull you back. You have the privilege to start your life all over again; so don’t let that pass you by. We will all miss you as you leave Pleasanton and turn your backs on us. Things will change and it will never be the same without you. But if we call, write, email, IM, etc., it’ll be like you never left.
