can't think of a good title!
Well today was very mellow. I woke up, talked to my parents for a little bit, downloaded some songs, and ate breakfast. Then eventually I showered, and went to Galyans. I saw THE COOLEST shorts there. OH man. I wanted to buy all of them. They were POCKETED AND REVERSIBLE Nike basketball shorts. I mean they are always either reversible or pocketed, never both, so I had to give Gbur a call cause she always appreciates my shorts stories!! They came in like 3 different colors I wanted to buy them all! but I didn't have that much money on me, and wanted to wait until Christmas!! And also, on the way there, I missed the Butterfield road exit like a moron, because I forgot Butterfield was 22nd street, I felt REALLY stupid! So I had to go and turn around, which sucked! Anyway, I went home after walkin around Galyans for awhile, played some ping pong with my dad, ate dinner, loaded some games onto my computer, and went online!

So today I woke up, ate my bowls of cereal, downloaded soem songs, then went to public skate at Rocket Ice for a little while, came home, and skated downstairs for a long time. That was actually a lot of fun. Then I took a shower, helped my mom clean because she was having people from work over. They came over, I had to talk to them for a little, and eventually I met my dad at Sports Authority. He bought an eliptical runner, which is actually pretty cool. We went home, ate my moms lasagna (BEST IN THE WORLD!) then brought the box with the eliptical runner in. Then my dad said I could take his car for the night if I put gas in it, so he gave me the credit card, and I got to take his car!! So I drove to Mallory's house, picked her up, we went to the HSHS girl's bball game and saw some people there and all that fun stuff. There were these kids sitting next to us that would NOT SHUT UP!!! they kept saying "Chalk up the threes!" and I wanted to just kill them after saying it like twice. Wow, they were annoying! Then we waited for the girls to get out, and Becky B told us to go to her house, so then Mal deicided she was hungry and she wanted to go to McDonalds. So she orders like A TON of food and I got a chicken ceaser salad. So we pull up to the window, and the guy is like ok we dont have grilled chicken but if you wait a few minutes, we'll bring it out to you, so i said thats cool....and we pulled up and parked. We were there for like 20 minutes, I swear, it took them SOOO long, and the entire time I wnated to go up and knock on the window for some odd reason, it was funny. The we ate our food, and on the way over to Becky's house we were flipping through radio stations, and found this Mexican station that was playin this AWESOME song. We were getting so into it, we were dancing and everything it was soooo awesome. I really wanted to drive past my old house, so we did, and their Christmas decorations SUCK, but thats besides the point. The song was still going on, by the way. Eventually we get to Becky's house and we park the car and start counting the minutes that this song has been going, all while continuing to dance! We thought the song was going to end at this one point, but no, it went on for 5 more minutes!!! It was soooo crazy, we were BLASTING it too with the windows down and everything it was so great. We stayed there and danced until it was over hahah. We went into Becky's house and that was cool, we were all just chillin, playin NBA 2004 LIVE and foosball, and eating, so it was cool! Then Mal and I left, got into the car, and started it, and realized we forgot to turn the damn volume down before we went into Becky's house! It was soooo loud it was hilarious. We stopped at her house for a little, and we went through her entire freakin list of songs, and she wanted to play them all for a little bit before I left. After the first one I was like alright enough of this, but she wouldn't let me leave! What a pain in the ass!! Eventually I got really exhausted/tired, and drove home!! It was a fun night! Mal and I are psychotic when we're together its a lot of fun!!

ugh. that's all i have to say. so today, as ya'll know was such an awsome day with the ROTC drill meet and everything, then we all chilled until ehh...around 7ish. Then I went to Seven Bridges to go ice skating, yes alone, then Milks told me to call her when i was done so I did. She said that they were all at the boys HSHS bball game and told me to stop over. So I drove around for a little bit, stopped over at Hinsdale South but never actually saw my friends there. I just wandered around the whole time, I had NO desire what-so-ever to go in, so I didn't. After the game I just chilled there for awhile, then I called Milks, who told me to go to Wendys. So I go over to Wendys, get my normal large french fries....and i sat there and ate them. I don't think I said one word the entire time. Some people might have possibly gotten a "hi" out of me, but I don't think so. Then we went back to Milks' house and I don't think I said one word there either. People asked me what was wrong but I wouldn't answer. How do I answer that question, when the answer involves the people who ask it? Yea, so they just watched TV and talked or whatnot and I laid down behind the couch on the verge of bawling the whole time. I said bye, no one responded, and I left. Right as I stepped out of her house the tears began to run.
You know what a really really terrible feeling is? Feeling awkward in a place and around people that you've always been very comfortable around.
I wasn't sure of it before, it just sort of crossed my mind, but for some reason today was the worst yet. I felt like I don't belong anymore. The entire time I was there I felt that way. That's whats wrong my friends. You tell me how I was supposed to say that to your face tonight...

OH WOW!! WHAT AN AWESOME DAY TODAY!!! So I left my house around 8:30, got to school at about 8:40 (clearly not following the new speed limit on 115th!), went to the ROTC rooms and changed into my other uniform. Then we had our meet, Jon and I KICKED ASS!!! I'm honestly not trying to brag here, but this was a HUGE meet for us that we had to win, and we were shaky yesterday after school, but somehow everything just came together today!! We ended up winning, and going up in rank!! We got our awards (those colored stripe things you put on your uniform above your left pocket for those of you who dont know), medals, and new uniforms!! o man it was the greatest day ever! Kids in our classes came to watch and everything it was so awesome. We got done around 12:15ish, then went out and ate and celebrated (paid for by our drill team seargent, pretty cool, eh?) We came back here, chilled for awhile and stuff like that. We had SO much fun today, I can't even explain it! Not positive about what's going on for late tonight, but all i know right now is that I'm gonna be out with the RHS MCJROTC DRILL TEAM for a little bit!!!! :)

Who else heard that they were putting a speed limit on 115th street inbetween Weber and Veterans Parkway!?! I heard it's gonna be 55 MPH because since its so bumpy and everything, people need to slow down, eh whatever! It's still OUR country road through the corn fields (literally) and I don't think any one is really gonna follow that! I don't even think the cops will care, there's never cops down there because its in the middle of the corn fields! eh, whatever! So after I played hockey, I showered, talked to some people online and on the phone, did my history quiz, and now I think I'm heading to bed!

Soooo hockey practice in the morning sucked! but eh whatever. School was fun, I got extra credit points in Mr. Habas's class because I wore my Bradley sweatshirt, pretty cool, huh?! I didn't even know I was going to get points, I walked up to his desk to ask for a pass to go to my locker, and he goes "10 extra credit points for you today Lee!" and i go..."umm....??" and he says "you wore a Bradley sweatshirt, my daughter graduated from there last year." so after talking about who I know that goes there and all that fun stuff, I watched him while he put my 10 extra credit points in the computer haha. In History all we did was watch a really cool video on the assassination of Lincoln and all the conspiracies surrounding it, it was actually really interesting. German was awesome, we showed off our posters and had to write stuff about them, it was great. We also drew a bunch of crazy pictures of Ausländerfeindlichkeit ....which means hostility towards foreigners. We were having way to much fun with that. Lunch and homeroom weren't as fun as usual because no one was really there! English was great...we read some shit, and had a lot of free time as usual, so that was cool. Then at the end of class, me, Joeger, Jimmy, Rupp, and Diante were all standing around talking, and Jimmy hit me pretty hard right in the shoulder. So i turn to him, jack him in the chest, then he hits me back and all the sudden out of nowhere, Jon JACKS him right in the back part of his shoulder, it was soooooo funny, even Mr. Niebling was laughing. Jimmy was down on the floor in pain, and had a bruise almost instantaneously it was so great. Then we went to Physics, and Mr. Mitchem (our principal) was sittin there in class with us, and we had a paper football tournament, it was cool. We took some notes and watched videos of different collisions that Mrs. Rio found off of different websites, but the majority of the class period was spent playin paper football with Mr. Mitchem. It was awesome. Then after school, we had a little Rifle Team practice until about 2:45, because we have a competition tomorrow during school. We have to be at school at 8:45, and we're hosting the competition, so I think some of our friends are gonna get out of class and watch us, which is cool as hell. That goes until about 1, even though we only preform for a little bit, but I think awards ceremony will be over no later than 1. Then we can leave from there. We're exempt from all the work in class on friday, which is cool, because we're part of the drill team!! woowhoo tomorrow is gonna be so awesome! and if Jon and I do really well and place first (we're partners for a couple things) then we move up in rank!! WE BETTER WIN!!! Welllll I had a bacon sandwhich for dinner (i dont like lettuce or tomatoes) and now I'm gonna go play some hockey downstairs so I'm out!

Well yesterday school was fun I'm sure, but I can't think of any classic moments. After school, I went home, did some homework, and then went to the HSHS girls basketball game. They won, so that was awesome! They're pretty damn good this year! Then I went home, showered, and went online! Nothin out of the ordinary! Today school was good again! History sucked though because Mr. Suedmeyer has a GIANT stick up his ass I'm sure! German class was awesome. We were doing our "improve the school" projects, and we were having a lot of fun with them. AND we were also making fun of how Rachel is a whore hahah. Physics was so awesome today too. Mrs. Rio wasn't there, so that sucked, but we had this hilarious sub who pretty much couldn't speak a word of English. I wanted him to take attendance by calling our names out so bad, but he went around the room and asked everyone to check off their name. We had to do some problems, but then pretty much the rest of the period was free time. Then after school, I of course met Christina and Anna B in the FOYAY (as I like to call it). Then I went home, got the mail, got my jersey and headed over to Harry's Sweat Shop to have them put my name on my jersey. I called GOOBER, and met her at Willowbrook Lanes for the HSHS vs HCHS bowling meet. yea, don't ask! I have no clue why she was there, but actually a bunch of cool people were there so I got to see all of them and that was nice. Then I had to go back to Harry's to pick up my jersey, and afterwards I headed home.
I don't really know what to do anymore. I drove past my old house today, and saw the Hinsdale South kids and I really miss it there. But whenver I go back, I feel like I'm out of the loop there, like I don't belong or they forgot I don't live there anymore. When I'm at school, I have so much fun. Hinsdale South RARELY crosses my mind during school anymore. Slowly but surely, all the people and things that happened there seem to escape my mind, because I'm filling it with new memories. I don't want that to happen, but I don't know how to stop it. Maybe if people would come visit me and my friends here at Romeoville, we could have a lot of fun. They don't care though...I know they don't, because if they did, they would have been out to my house more than once....and met my friends and would know the town a little bit. So part of me is sayin, SCREW THEM! you're at romeoville now and you're having a LOT of fun! But then the other part of me is saying, these are people you can't afford to lose as friends, you have way too many memories with them and they're really good people. ahhh I'm torn and don't know what to do and no one seems to care enough to talk to me about it!

Weelllll I didn't write after Saturday night because nothing good happened on Saturday night! Sunday I woke up, did some homework, talked to some people online and on the phone, then went to Stefan's house and went ice skating later on. That was fun. Then I went home, ate my normal Sunday dinner, then skated downstairs for quite awhile. I got all sweaty, took a shower, and did some of my English Huck Finn essay, due Tuesday. School today was soooo awesome!! German class was great, oh wow. We played pictonary/charades in class with our vocab nouns and verbs. It was HILARIOUS! wow, ya'll in my German class know what I'm talkin about! Then in Physics we got to pick new seats, and I can tell right now we're gonna get in trouble for talking all the time, but oh well! hmm...then after school, I went home, got the mail, went to a couple stores, talked to Anna on the phone asking her why the hell she wasn't in school today, and now I'm tryin to do my English paper!

Oh wow. So I was really pissed I had to wake up early, but I don't care anymore!! I went to MSOE (in Milwaukee) with my dad this morning to take this NEAS+ aptitude test. It was pretty hard, but I did really well!!..except for the chemistry section because I had Camasta as a teacher but I don't care! Then we went to the bookstore and I got this AWESOME sweatshirt...it's sooo cool ya'll have gotta see it! Then afterwards, we walked around campus for a little, they had an open house going on so there were a lot of things to see. Then we went to Einstein Bagels to get some lunch. That was yummy, and I got an orange the size of a softball. No joke. This thing was HUGE. mmmmmmmmmmm. Then as we were driving to get onto 94 to go home, Lauren text-messaged me and told me to call her when I got out of my test. So I call her, and shes like where are you, and I'm like I'm actually right by your dorm. I was a street away. So I asked her if/when she was coming home and she said that her dad was supposed to pick her early tomorrow morning, and I was like....what! We can just take you home! We're right by your dorm!! So she got her stuff ready and came down. It was awesome, I got to see Michele, only for a few minutes, but I still got to see her so that was cool! The ride home was good. hahaha Almond Joys have nuts, MOUNDS DON'T!! (right Lauren?!?) good stuff. I'm so happy we got to drive her home! I miss her at school, I never get to see her anymore, and she's like a sister to me, even though I'm not like a sister to her, but I definitely look up to her like one!! ahh...i'm so happy we happened to be right there at the exact time. We dropped her off, stopped at my Oma and Opa's house, now I'm home!! What's going on for tonight? Well so far I know that I'm meeting Joey and Whitney somewhere, then we're going to the HSHS hockey game at the Sportsplex! It's gonna be fun...meet us there if you'd like!! It's at 8:30. I'm out.

School is awesome. Yea, you heard me. Mike Rupp was back in school today for first and second period, he's got pnuemonia (sp?) which has gotta suck! We watched the end of Glory in U.S. History, which is actually a really cool movie. Then we watched the stupid German movie while eating Gingerbread cookies. We were only supposed to take 2, but I took 6! mmmm, they were soo good. Me and Katie and Stuker took 6, it was great, Frau is too dumb to notice. Engligh was fun as well, we watched the rest of Huck Finn, which by the way was a terrible match to the book, they didn't even compare! ehh, oh well I don't really care. Physics was so awesome today. O wow. So we walk into class and Mrs. Rio is just chillin there with her feet up on the table, talkin to some students in our class. Normally we start right after the bell rings, well five minutes after the bell rings she goes "ok guys, as you've noticed, we're not doing anything at all today because I officially don't like five day weeks anymore!! So we're just gonan watch a few episodes of Seinfeld!" How great is that?!!? Then she was like, well since I can't take five days of school each week anymore, we'll probably do this from no on every Friday. I was sooo excited, how cool is that. So school was great today. Then I came home, got all my stuff ready to go to Marquette/MSOE, and my cousin calls me up and tells me that I can no longer stay with them---I was sooo pissed! So I guess I just have to drive up there early tomorrow morning. whatever. So tonight we're ping-ponging it up at Anna's! I'm pumped! I'm going over there after I play a little bit of pond hockey! later
