That's pronounced almost like "Oscar Meyer". Drosselmeyer. He's a writer, the narrator for the story, but not in that annoying over-voice kind of way that narrators normally get. Rather than taking attention away from the series, he adds to it. He's got personality too, you get to see it once in a while.

If there's one thing every anime fan wants to see, it's women's panties (o hush girls).
And yes, I know they aren't really panties. They are shaped like panties though. But they look like panties. If it looks like a duck, quacks like a duck, and walks like a duck, chances are it's a duck. Except that these aren't really panties, but that doesn't make seeing them less fun now does it?
