DobaySoft Main Page

Jetpack is the name of a very famous shareware platform game back from 1993, made by Adept Software. In 1998, the game's creator, Adam Pedersen made it freeware, so you can download the full version for free.

One of this game's specialties is its level editor. Many people have done hundreds of levels which are available online. My own collection counts 1466 levels, and is downloadable here (438kb). That collection does not include my own levels.

Here you can download a selection of my levels back from 1995, and from 2001 when I rediscovered this wonderful game. Each level has much work in it, I don't like to rush things, some of them were worked on for many hours, sometimes days. If you haven't played Jetpack before, you should get to know the basic and advanced controls, and how things work if you want to be able to do anyone's levels. For this I have made some tutorial levels, also available for download. Jetpack Tutorial (tutorial.zip, 5 levels) - Learn all the basics of jetpack such as jumping, the knicks and the knacks of the jetpack, the monsters and the blocks, then test yourself on the final level. DobaySoft's New Level Pack (misc_new.zip, 44 levels) - Selected best levels which I made over time. A hint file is included for more than half of the levels. Note that this zip does NOT contain the levels in other zip files. However, it does contain the tutorial. Rocket Towers (rockettower.zip, 7 levels) - My longest episode of coherent levels, and one of the hardest, too. You start your journey in the Rocket Tower Basement, and must work your way up to the top. Control Chaos (cc.zip, 5 levels) - These levels are based on timing and perception. Multiple levels in multiple versions, but never the same. Palace Of Gold (goldp.zip, 4 levels) - As the name shows, a golden palace is the place. The zip contains the full level, and the full level divided into three parts, because of how hard it is. DobaySoft's Older Levels pack (misc_old.zip, 12 levels) - Twelve of some better levels from 1995. Episode (episode.zip, 9 levels) - A series of continuous levels from 1995. All of my levels in one zip file (alljetpack.zip, 78 levels altogether)

Installation is easy. Just extract the zip files into the Levels directory of your copy of Jetpack. Note that the game only recognises levels if they are in the Levels directory, and NOT in a subdirectory of Levels.
To play the levels, choose Custom game mode (with the pressing of F4), then choose your desired game type with F3, whether you want to play the levels in an order, pre-selected, or randomly.
