Olivia's Page
Olivia Rose Boatwright, 5 years old
Olivia is my first daughter. She was born on February 17, 1998. Everyone calls her Livy.
Now she is a very smart, stubborn, independent five-year-old. She loves her sister Nadia and enjoys being a big sister.
Livy is tall and very thin. She may look delicate, but don't let that fool you! She's active, strong, and always busy. She loves swimming and is working on learning to swim without her floats. She also likes to look for bugs and lizards, and hasn't met a bug she didn't like yet. She also likes to sing and pretend she's a princess like Cinderella or Belle. She loves playing with her cousins and friends.
This fall Livy will start kindergarten and she is so excited! She can't wait to ride the bus and meet her teacher. I think I'm a lot more nervous about this than she is. She will be starting preschool at a child care center this summer, to get her ready for kindergarten and meet some of the kids she'll be going to school with.
One piece of news about Livy is that she will probably be getting her tonsils out this summer. Her tonsils are so large that she stops breathing at night, and she doesn't eat as much as she should. We hope that after they're out those problems will be corrected. I'll update as soon as I know more!
