Queen Top 10!

Queen Top 10

Hiya people! Welcome to my Queen Top 10 site. This is basically a whole bunch of top ten's that I did in my own oppinion. If you don't agree with some of these, e-mail me. If you do agree with me, you can also e-mail me. And if you just want to tell me something out of the blue, e-mail me. I really like e-mail. From people. All's I get is junk mail. Oh well, enough about e-mail, let's get on with the Top 10's!!

    Top 10 Queen Songs
  1. Innuendo-It's just soooo...GREAT! I love the guitar and the lyrics and everything about it. It's just awesome. The first time I heard it, outside it was raining...and it just fit the day I suppose.
  2. The March of the Black Queen-This is one of the first songs I could sing all the way through to the music. I was quite proud of myself. Sometimes, to scare people, I'll sing the lyric "Blue Powder Monkeys praying in the dead of night!" really loud. Does the trick, let me tell you.
  3. Bohemian Rhapsody-For obvious reasons. I mean, it isn't the song they've won the most awards for for nothing. I quite like it. Especially the high notes. I sound very bad trying to sing it, but there you have it.
  4. '39-2 things: A Brian Magical Escapism Song and Fretless Bass. God I love that instrument! dum-dum, dum-dum..."In the year of '39..." and all that. It's brilliant.
  5. I Want to Break Free-Well, I do. This song rocks to clean the house to and to just dress up in scary 80's clothes and dance around!
  6. These Are the Days of Our Lives-Strongly reminds me of Freddie....I really want to play this at my graduation, but considering the brainless cretens who go to my school (no offense to my friends), I have an incling that we'll be playing Staind and stuff like that. Yay. :(
  7. Radio GaGa-2 words: Hand Clapping.
  8. I Want it All-This song is excellent to scream at the top of your lungs too. Also, makes a good I'm-so-mad-at-my-parents-I-need-to-vent song. I mimed to this at the convention...funness.
  9. Fairy Fellers Master Stroke-This is the funniest song I've ever heard besides "Seaside Rendezvous" and "Lazing On a Sunday Afternoon." It's right in that category. Love it.
  10. Hammer to Fall-Heh. 1 name comes to mind in this song/video-John Deacon. Oh, the wonders of an open shirt and fluffy hair! ;)

      Top 5 Albums
    1. Innuendo-I just love it. All the songs on it are awesome. Just fantastic. I'm speechless, can you believe that? No, I didn't think so.
    2. Queen II-Some may think this album is a little self-indulgent, but it strikes a chord with me. Whenever I'm sad, I listen to this album. CD, I mean. I practically have a spiritual connection with it.
    3. A Night at the Opera-Well, duh. How can you not include this on a list of Queen's best albums??
    4. The Game-It's so simple and dancable. I swear, I was supposed to grow up in the 80's.
    5. A Day At the Races/The Miracle/Jazz-These 3 tied because I listen to them about the same amount. All have very strong songs. I love the catchiness of the bass in "Invisible Man" and "Breakthru," I cannot live without "You Take My Breath Away" and "Teo Torriate," and I'm in love with "Let Me Entertain You" and "Jelousy."

    "MisterCrash's Lists"

    1. Innuendo - No explanation needed, right? By far their best work; I loved the mix of harsh, marching sounds and the energizing tune of the spanish guitar. They really hit the mark with this one
    2. Tie Your Mother Down - Simply THE BEST guitar pounding song. Ever. Period, the end
    3. Bohemian Rhapsody - Great song. Excellent mix; almost like a medly!
    4. Who Wants To Live Forever? - This is so SAD!!! I nearly cried when I heard it, and my mom cries because she thinks it is so gooooood!! (which it is)
    5. Heaven For Everyone - The best song off of "Made In Heaven." Very real, not to far-out. I love the soft vocals and the "floating" sounds
    6. Liar - The best song off of the album "Queen." It's long, hard-hitting, and fun!
    7. Breakthru - Very opera-like. The begining is beautiful, and it has a nice combonation of upbeat tunes and contra-tenor vocals
    8. Sheer Heart Attack - If "Tie Your Mother Down" was the best guitar pounding song, then this is the second best
    9. Gimme The Prize - ....and this is the THIRD best!
    10. Under Pressure - Very much like a 40's song, with an introduction and a catchy bass riff. I love how it changes from "This is our last dance" to the bass riff

    1. A Night At The Opera - A very thought-out album. With surreal songs, such as "Bohemian Rhapsody" and "The Prophet's Song," combined with excellent love songs ("Love Of My Life," "You're My Best Friend") and strong rock songs ("'39," and "I'm In Love With My Car"), and to top it off, the strangest song they ever wrote ("Lazing On A Sunday Afternoon")
    2. Innuendo - Very similar to "A Night At The Opera". With INCREDIBLE songs like "Innuendo," (the best song they ever wrote) "Headlong," "These Are The Days Of Our Lives," and "I'm Going Slightly Mad," this album is a brilliant set of songs. And it is topped off by "The Show Must Go On"...a fitting song to end with, considering it was the last song on the last album Queen made when Freddie was alive.
    3. News Of The World - Started out with two number one hits ("We Are The Champions" and "We Will Rock You") and including "Spread Your Wings," which many consider the best song Deacon ever wrote. It also has "Get Down Make Love," a personal favorite of mine, and one of their best songs ("Sheer Heart Attack").And it's topped off by a slow, bluesy number ("My Melancholy Blues")
    4. The Works - Some spectacular songs ("I Want To Break Free," "Hammer To Fall," and "Radio Ga Ga") plus "It's A Hard Life." What more do you want??
    5. A Day At The Races - Good for two reasons: "Tie Your Mother Down" and "Somebody To Love". A BIG space of quality between this and "The Works"
