Hardy Lilies

True Perennials will survive a Zone 3 winter as long as the plant tuber does not freeze. Hardy lilies open mid morning and close by mid to late afternoon.

Oxygenating Plants

These compete with algae for nutrients in the pond. With the proper amount of oxygenators in the pond - NO MORE GREEN WATER!

Marginals

Marginals are grown along the sides of the pond where water is shallow. Their roots grow under the surface of the water while their foliage grows above.

Floating Plants

Floating plants are the easiest of all Aquatics to plant. You just set them on the surface of the water. As they float around the pond, their roots help to filter the water and their foliage provide shade.
