When you first walked into my life,
you came with a certain uncertainty.
To everyone I was banished. With
you, I was absorbed. I made
many sacrifices, and in the end
I was the one being sacrificed.
You walked out just as fast
as you walked in. What inflicted
pain the most, was the fact that nothing
phased you. Nothing. You could crush
a person's dreams, smash a person's
world. You could destroy a person's
dreams and not shed one tear.
From that is where my anger
commenced. And now, my anger is
supposed to turn into love. I think
not. My scars run deep, where as
you were barely scratched. The blood
still flows. I have yet to find all
the pieces of my soul. The one
that you ripped into shreds.
