This was about an American operative who was undercover in East Germany before the Berlin Wall was torn down. He was framed to look like a traitor, so he couldn't return home. I guess the series was set in Paris or something, where he was hanging around, helping folks or whatever, and meanwhile trying to prove his innocence. He got some help from a French cop named Danni Montreau, and an American official named Charlie Cabbott. I can't really remember more than that, but it wasn't bad. Sort of middling fare for CTAPT (I probably would have rated it higher when I was watching it). Also, it starred Jeffrey Meek, who would later star in Raven.
