I think I first saw him in a series of Taster's Choice commercials, but I know him best from Buffy the Vampire Slayer. There was also an episode of Doctor Who; and a few eps of Warehouse 13; a brief appearance in Scoop; and Still Star-Crossed.
I know him from a recurring role on Cheers; and Dick; and The Usual Suspects; and Pizza My Heart; and The Book of Daniel; and an episode of Monk; and The Addams Family; and probably things I've forgotten.
I know him from Aliens; and Millennium; and The Quick and the Dead; and The X-Files; and probably some things I don't remember. Also some voice work, including Kerchak in Tarzan; and Amon's lieutenant on The Legend of Korra.
The first thing I think I saw him in was The North Avenue Irregulars. And of course there was The Lost Boys, and Overboard, and The Cat's Meow, and Annie, though I know him best from Gilmore Girls. Also I saw him in an episode of Black Box (though I only watched a couple eps of that).

Dude's been in about a million things, most of them before my time. And probably I've seen him in a bunch of guest roles so long ago that I couldn't possibly remember (and even some more recent stuff I don't remember). The first thing I do remember him from at all is one episode of Seinfeld, I guess. There were also a few eps of The Adventures of Brisco County, Jr.; and a minor (but important) role in Shanghai Kiss; and Blade Runner; and a minor role in Chinatown; and a major role in Big Trouble in Little China. Also some voice work.
I guess I saw him in Freejack. And Howard's End, which I don't remember particularly well. Same with Bram Stoker's Dracula. I liked him in Thor and Beowulf. And of course he was quite good in The Silence of the Lambs, though amazingly, I didn't see that until 21 years after it came out.
I suppose I know him best from Who Framed Roger Rabbit. But he also played Smee in two unrelated things inspired by Peter Pan: Hook and Neverland. And there were Mermaids, and Super Mario Bros., and Vanity Fair, and Hollywoodland, and Doomsday, and Snow White and the Huntsman, and Son of the Mask.
I mainly know him as the voice of Scar from The Lion King. There's also The Time Machine, and Henry IV. And I've most likely seen some other stuff, I just can't recall...
I mostly know him for his voice work, including Zhao on Avatar: The Last Airbender. But I'm sure I've seen some of his live-action work as well. He's in the Harry Potter movies, which I need to see someday. And he was in Capital City, a show I enjoyed years ago but wouldn't remember any of the actors from it now. And there was Peter Pan. And I've probably seen him in some other things that I don't remember...
The first thing I recall seeing him in was Heroes, but before that he was in School Ties, which I didn't see until much later. Also there was The Event, though I quit watching that pretty early on. And he was in season two of Revolution. And I must have seen him in some things that I don't remember.
I know him best from the X-Men movies. Also there's Scoop; and Van Helsing; and he voiced the Easter Bunny in Rise of the Guardians. And surely I've seen him in some things that I don't remember.

I know him best as the voice of Darth Vader in the Star Wars movies, of course. There's also Coming to America, and Field of Dreams, and "Mathnet" (on Square One TV), and Sommersby, and The Sandlot (and its sequel), and a series of Sprint commercials, and he voiced Mufasa in The Lion King. And I've probably seen or heard him in some other things.
I know him from Beetlejuice, and The People Next Door (a short-lived series that I barely remember), and Transylvania 6-5000, and Ferris Bueller's Day Off, and Sleepy Hollow.
I know him from Ever After; and Finding Neverland; and Captain America: The First Avenger; and Wayward Pines; and an episode of Sherlock; and surely some things I've forgotten.
Jones, Tommy Lee
Um, there was Batman Forever, but I don't really care for what that movie did with Two-Face. He's great in the Men in Black movies, though. And there was Volcano, though I don't remember that movie well. There was a relatively minor role in A Prairie Home Companion. And he was good in Captain America: The First Avenger. And I must've seen him in some other stuff, I think. And surely he's done a bunch of stuff I'd like to see someday.
I know him from The Cape, and a couple eps of Elementary, and a few eps of Arrow, and Galavant. And I've seen him in some other things I don't currently remember him from.
Let's see, I guess there was Reasonable Doubts, which I don't remember well, and Hearts Afire, and several episodes of Boston Legal, and a couple episodes of Desperate Housewives, and I know I've seen him in countless other things that don't come to mind.... But whatever, he's just so familiar that I kind of feel like giving him a greenball, but I dunno.

There was Crusade, and Angel, and the reimagined Hawaii Five-0, and I guess a slight recurring role on Enterprise. But the best role I've seen him in so far is on Lost. Also he voiced Hiroshi Sat on The Legend of Korra.
I think the first thing I saw him in was Carol & Company, but I remember him best from Mad About You. There's also Spin City, Gotham, an episode of Elementary, voice work in Kim Possible and Inside Out, and probably some other stuff.
