These are some recipes that were sent through one of the groups I am in. I have not tried them out yet.
Iced Apple Jasmine Tea (source unknown)
8 oz. cold jasmine tea
1/2 cup fresh raspberries
1/2 cup apple juice
1 cup ice
1 teaspoon honey
1 tablespoon honey
In a blender combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth and serve over ice in a tall glass. Makes about four 6 oz. servings.
Fever Reducer (source unknown)
To reduce moderate fever and to relieve any associated discomfort, mix together
1 teaspoon dried yarrow and 1 teaspoon dried elderflower.
Steep in 2 cups hot water then strain and sip 1/4 cup every 1/2 hour as needed.
Health Charm Bag ( source unknown)
Fold these in a velvet cloth;
leaves of tea
flowers of lavender
clove and camphor
Tie it up with a scarlet thread. Keep it beside your bed at night. Breath it when you wake each day. Soon you'll be healed and stay that way.
Insomnia Aromatherapy Spray (source unknown)
5 drops of lavender oil
5 drops of chamomile oil
Spray pillows before bedtime. Spray on pillows and run through the dryer for a nice and relaxing sleep.
