Step 1
The false mustache or beard:
The mustache is the most effective method to disguise thy facial features. I highly recommend caryying at least 3 false mustachii at all times.
Step 2
The accent and voice:
One of the most overlooked elements of disguisology is the disguise of one's own voice and accent. In doing so make certain that the accent thou dost choose do be appropriate to thy assumed identity. For example whilst playing a woman or frenchman one must take care not to sound to mannish in one's inflection.
Step 3
Gender Manipulation:
This brings us to another effective tool in thy arsenal, cross-dressing. If thou doth be a stout Englishman, one would never think to look for thee in the guise of a woman, or vice-versa. various foliage and some fruits or even cannonballs can be used to plump thy pectorals into an appropriatley distracting size and shape.
Step 4
Spectacles:
Spectacles are perhaps the easiest and fastest disguise tool, look at Sir Clarke of Kent.

Masks:
