Enrollment
*Dues are $20.00/member a year.
*Dues must be paid in order to recieve record books
*Members must be enrolled by April 1st to be eligible for county fair
*All projects for the current 4-H year must be declared before May 1st.

Meetings
*Meetings are held the 4th Monday of every month at 6:45pm unless otherwiese notified
*If there is an emergency or situation in which makes it impossible for you to attend, you must call the leader and must also schedual a time to pick up all the hand out items.
*If you do not call the leader within two days of the meeting, your absence is considered unexcused.
*You can only miss three meetings for the entire 4-H year

Public Presentations
*You will be required to give a presentation and give it on the date announced or make speacial arrangements with the leader.

Judging
*You are required to attened a minimum of 1 judging in order to go to fair. This is a state 4-H rule.
*If you are an intermediate or senior and would like to be on the state judging team, you will need to do two judgings plus the King County Fair judging.

Community Service
*Each member is required to participate in one community service. You encoureage you to do all of them though.

Fund Raisers
*All fund raisers including our annual horse show are mandentory. Each member or a representative must attened each fund raiser.

Record Books
*Record books must be kept up to date and turned in at leaders request. Turning in monthly calenders will be optional, but we will have random record book checks, so keep your record book up to dateand bring it to every meeting.

Workshops & Clinics
*4-H'er must attened all mandentory clinics
*If there is an emergency or situation which makes it impossible for you to attend a mandantory clinic, you must notify the leader and you will be given an opportunity to make it up.

Club Positions & Commitees
*Each member must sign up and participate on a commitee

Senior Fair Eligibility
To be eligible to exhibit at the King County Fair, members must meet the following requirements:
• Enroll by April 1st of the current 4-H year
• Declare project horse(s) by May 1st
• Submit to their club leader a current and complete record book
including: 1. Record Book C0934 or Level 1
2. Horse Management Record C0857
3. Permanent Record C0935 or Level 1
4. Individual Horse Record C0856 for each project horse
• Prepare and give a public presentation
• Participate in at least one live equine judging event prior to the King County Fair
• Exhibit project horse/pony in at least two county 4-H shows in King, Pierce or Snohomish counties, one of which must be in King County. Proof of entry in other than King County must be a signed record by the show secretary and provided to club leader.
• Submit fair entries to the Fair Barn Superintendent no later then the 3rd Thursday of May Club Leaders will verify that members who register for the King County Fair have met these requirements.
