This is our brand new baby, born about 2:00 p.m. (Thanks again, Xena!) March 29th.   Shady is about an hour old in most of these pictures (except the one to the right when she is only minutes old. That was the last picture on my camera so had to go download it before I could take more.  Hence the delay!

 

Shady’s parents are  Highspot Warrior Princess (Xena) and One Awesome Dually.  She is a full sister to DMR Dancing Mountain Man (now of Yakima) and DMR Lord of the Dance (now of BC).  Check out this awesome pedigree!

Shady’s full Sibs:  Tierney and Manny.

Shady is bay with a narrow dorsal stripe.  She has a sprinkle of white on her forehead and a sprinkle on her butt.  No doubt she will roan out like Mom and I am betting there are black spots hiding underneath.  She is already friendly and curious like her brothers.

Shady is named in honor of the cheer she brought to an otherwise bleak week.  We said good-bye to our little 16 year old dog Friday.  Rest in Peace, Chester!
