Here jade shows off her 2006 QH cross foal, Little “Big Mac” , about 4 hours old in the picture above.   Big Mac is out of Jade by a Dash for Cash grandson “Macaronian” 

I did some under saddle work with Jade in 2004 just before she foaled out Amazing Grace, but have not had time to continue.  Her real job was meant to be babies but I thought it would be cool to ride her.  Just little time and many horses. . .

Jade at left in her winter coat.  She looks quite grey in the winter then sheds out very dark as below in the summer.

Jade is a very friendly, gentle mare.  She has learned the Parelli games and is very respectful and willing.  She is also great with other horses; in fact, when I wean other foals, I put them with her for comfort.  At right you see her with one of “her” POA babies.
