I breathe the air of this
afternoon with closed eyes
Warm, mellifluous air the summer enraptures
Softly the vast hollow within my soul and the external space mingle
I float amongst the sensual breezes that successively drift by
I breathe the air of the present while unbinding my spirit
The pristine, untainted present that life has to give
I hear its melodies; I touch its timbre's depth
I feel its caress like that of a tender kiss
I breathe the savor of this instance
Dwelling each second! Pausing life! Beholding traces of the breezes
Infusing the afternoon sunshine into my soul's abyss
I breathe: Breathing for a just-found reason
