Volunteer Chore Services is a community outreach program which serves low-income elders and disabled adults by offering help with those tasks which you and I may take for granted, but which often make all the difference in allowing our clients to live independently. Our wonderful volunteers help with transportation, shopping, household chores, yard work, minor home repairs, and other basic tasks, depending on their interests and availability.
    There are several volunteer opportunities available. Some of our volunteers work on one-time group projects; others volunteer on an ongoing basis with the same client, and form strong bonds with the client they serve. Still others volunteer on an on-call basis, serving different clients in different circumstances as needed. All of our volunteers are valued and appreciated, and we make a genuine effort to ensure the quality of the experience both for the volunteers as well as for the clients.
