What We Can Do

We offer system design and engineering of custom exhaust ventilation systems! No system is too small or too large that it should not be properly designed and installed. From a single torch shop in the garage to large multi-station torch or large kiln operation, all need proper ventilation. You and you're fellow workers health and lives can be put in serious danger without it!

We can design and work with you in order to meet your exact needs, whatever they may be! Any system can be designed around the building facilities that you are using. It just takes some knowledge of you're needs and building facilities in order for you're custom system to be designed, quickly, efficiently, and very cost effective!

What We Know

As far as the knowledge of torch and kiln exhaust systems, I've been working on these types of systems for over 8 years now. I've worked full time in the heating, ventilation, and sheet metal trade for over 19 years. It is also a way of life for me since I was raised around the trade with my family's business!

How Does it all Work?

Large systems (15 torches or 30 glass kilns) can often be built and installed for less than $10,000. Small systems (3 torches or 6 kilns) can often be setup for around $3000. These are just examples of systems that I've designed, built, and installed.

Glass-Air Consultants is located near Portland, Oregon. We will design your system from top to bottom. This includes working with local contractors or business owners who install the systems. I can oversee all aspects of the project including pricing of materials, blueprints for you're system, and playing mediator with all parties concerned. Also, we can install your system. We are willing to travel, especially in the Northwest, or if the customer wants to pay travel expenses.
