On Aug. 27, 2003, Mars will be closer to the Earth than it’s been in over 60,000 years ! Many scientists believe this has a effect on Earth due to the gravitation pull of Mars. I believe it is a combination of all these. The red planet Mars, Solar Activity, along with the effects of HARRP, and many other military projects. I have been observing an increase in earthquakes, hurricanes, storms , solar activity, global warming. Also noted is the magnetic declination ( wandering poles, shift here , earth's core heating up, & slowing down ) However whatever the case, get out your telescopes for spectacular viewing of the red planet. If you don't have a scope, don't worry, click here for sky charts and times for best viewing. You really don't need a scope now to see mars.
