These photo's here are from a friend of mine. He has been doing this for 30 years, and the foremost expert in this field. For the past 15 years he has been watching on his spectral analyzer what these Haarp experiments have been doing.
We have seen countless shapes, forms, faces entering into our dimension. Dave says there are literally millions of spirits entering in every hour. Thank you Dave for all you hard work in this field, and sharing this information.

The lower AM frequencies (40-80kHz) are used by a number of European organizations to broadcast radio signals that encode the exact time information based on atomic clocks. (See German station DCF77, broadcasting on the 77.50KHz band, www.dcf77.de), This data is used by clocks and time-recorders throughout the world to automatically adjust the time record and ensure split-second accuracy. HAARP range from ISF Ultrasonic frequencies, ULF, ELF, & VLF .
Possible resetting all the digital clocks, satellites due to interfering with the timeline? HAARP is opening these other dimensions to alter time. Of course by doing these types of experiments, it opens the doorways to allow other entities into our time/space. In the string theory, scientists say there are 11 other dimensions. There could be more, possibly 12 to 24. Some of these dimensions are below our world, others are above. These HARRP experiments caused earth's inner core to slow down. They are trying fix the damage they caused, to speed it back up, but it is making it worst. I think we have either lost 3 days, 3 hours, something, but that's what I'm getting. These doorways are open now. We will see more fallen angels, disembodied spirits, atmospheric phenomena's, UFO's. Since our ionosphere has been compromised due to HAARP experiments expect to see continued earth changes. With earth's protective shield down more solar flare activity ( Haarp moon bounce, also sun & planetary bounce ) , gamma ray bursts allow more heating up the earth's core. This in turn heats up the oceans, and causes changes in the gulf stream system. This continued changes in our weather patterns can attest to this. More flooding , hurricanes, tornado's, drought, icebergs melting at a very concerning rate. At this point there is little anyone can do to repair the damage HAARP has caused. They can't turn back the CLOCK, no matter how hard they try.

Keys to The pit of hell opened. I will upload these to web, and save them to a disk. More likely than this computer will crash, and I'll need to do yet another reformat. I have worked this old pc to the max, and it's on overload due to my pushing it to the limits of it's miniscule capabilities. Ah well, some day I may have money, lol to buy a new one with a faster processor. Either that, or just food cause the rate things are moving very rapidly, food will be the same price as a new computer! I will upload more as Dave sends them. So watch this page.

There, the ITS10 amplifies them and converts them to 50-KHz base band signals, which are sampled and processed digitally to record the strength of the received signals and the dispersive phase between them. An on-line desktop computer converts the dispersive phase to TEC, sends instrument status and diagnostic information over the Internet to NWRA in Bellevue, WA, and stores the TEC data on HAARP's World-Wide-Web server here in Gakona.
