Tuna - I usually take "tuna salad" for lunch. This is basically dry tuna on top of some lettuce and any other salad vegetables I have around. |
Vinegar - red wine vinegar goes on top of the salad. I have never been satisfied with any other salad dressings I have tried to make so I pretty much stick with vinegar. |
Spaghetti Squash - actually makes a good substitute for pasta. I just put the whole squash in a 400 degree oven for about 45 minutes and cut it in half after it's cooked. It's pretty easy that way. |
Salad - I like to buy the salad in a bag that are already cut and washed etc. I usually buy organic mixed greens. Just a reminder that raw vegetables are best tolerated when symptoms are cleared up. |
Stir Fry Vegetables - this is probably my most common meal. I usually use coleslaw in a bag with some other vegetables like broccoli and onion etc. Broccoli coleslaw in a bag works well also. This is quick and easy. Just stir fry the vegetables and add some meat. |
Fresh Fruit - I can pretty much handle any type of fresh fruit so I like to have it on hand for snacks. |
Meat - this needs to be untreated and unprocessed, just plain meat. I don't eat beef or pork so I just get boneless skinless chicken breast or turkey. If you eat bacon...I have noticed that bacon cured without sugar is pratically impossible to find, so again read the label. |
Frozen Vegetables - a quick and easy side dish. |
