One of the big themes for the full moon in June, is that of transformation. Since this full moon falls in the sun sign of Scorpio, it is a perfect time to dive within and bring change and eliminate stagnation in our lives.
Bring Change and Transformation
You Will Need:
- A Transformation Charm (a ritual to create one is included in the New Moon ritual for this month) Or you can purchase one from a local shop, catalog, or even online.
- Purple candle (if more than one person is attending the ritual, have one purple candle for every person in attendance) and larger purple candle to represent the Goddess.
- Anointing oil
- Optional: a piece of ametrine (again ideally one for every person in attendance)
- Optional: Frankincense & Myrrh incense, or if people are sensitive try using bay incense
Preparation:
- Consecrate and Cleanse the Circle with Frankincense & Myrrh incense
- Consecrate and Cleanse the Circle with Salt and Water.
Cast the circle:
Start by walking clockwise around the circle space, visualizing a blue/white light following your path as you walk. Say these words or something similar:
We cast this circle to protect us from all forces that come to us harm.
Make another round walking clockwise around the circle, visualizing a white or violet light following your path. Say these words or something similar:
We cast this circle to allow only the most perfect energies for this work, and block out all other energies.
On the final round of casting the circle, bring your arms above your head and say:
We charge this circle to create a space beyond space, a time beyond time, a temple of perfect love and perfect trust, where the highest will is sovereign.
Sweep your arms below you to complete the circle and say:
As above, so below! So mote it be!

Invoke the Goddess
"O Mother who brings fertile birth, infuse us with your joy and mirth. Bring forth our personal transformation without a moment's hesitation. Let us become who we should be, and let us live the life meant for we. A fertile life - a verdant one - laced with love and warmth of Sun."
Light the purple Goddess candle
Begin your ritual by discussing what sort of transformation you are bringing about. Talk about ways to help in your day to day lives to bring about the transformation you are seeking. Remember real world action is needed to make our magick work!
Place the charm that you made (or bought) as well as the piece of ametrine in your lap. Hold the purple candle in your hand (unlit) and visualize your life beginning to transform into something greater. See yourself with the changes you wish to make having already happened. Focus your intent on the goal.
When everyone is ready, say this spell together:
I call upon Earth to bind my
spell
Air to speed its passage well
Bright as Fire shall it glow
And deep as Water's tides shall flow.
Count the elements fourfold,
For in the Fifth the Spell shall hold.
Blessed be.
Repeat as many times as you feel is necessary to build the power, but at least three times.
Have a moment of silence, and if you like, light your candle now.
Take a deep breath and ground, letting go of the intense energy and
feelings that may have arisen during the spell casting.
Now is also an excellent time for Cakes and Ale. I often use lemon cake or a popular one that I served once was pineapple upside down cake. Serve mead or honey-sweetened tea for the drink.

O Mother, beautiful and wise, we thank you for the love we share with each other and with you. Although the moon may wax and wane, your love is a constant, on which we can depend. Thank you for your presence in our circle and in our lives. Farewell, and blessed be.
