I'll recite Shakespeare in a coffee house,
Play Chopin on a street corner for all who pass by.
I’ll rent a Piper Super Cub,
And write your name across the sky.
I'll snatch the evening's first star from the night,
And echo the beat of my heart off the dark.
I’ll howl at the moon with my head in the clouds
On a swing in a schoolyard park.
I'll dance barefoot on the beach in the moonlight,
And fall asleep by the campfirelight next to you.
If ever my heart on my sleeve I wore,
I embroidered it brazenly there for you.
