True Friendship

into our thoughts and every day routine,
it shadows us like a blanket wherever we've been.
Is it a true love? or evenbetter yet,
a true friendship that has finally set,

into our hearts forever more,
a valley of love and affection to explore.
To help us in joy and in pain,
to be there for each other time and time again.

A helping hand, a warm embrace,
to listen and be there justin case,
we're feeling down and a little blue,
when the rest of our world doesn't have a clue.

And although time may pass us by,
this friendship is forever and will never die,
because we created a bond in our own special way,
it has filled our soul and there it will forever stay.
