Lost in Lace
Behind mascaras perfect view
spilt box of roses crushed love's showdown's
and whisper's hushed foggy windows colored with hearts
my soul a board pinned with darts sprayed with soap,
wash the mirror scrub your name to make it clearer
delete you character from the text
ignore the beat and see whats next
turn back a year, erase the hour
baracade me, outside your tower
wait, i could never leave my heart is on a chain my eyes gaze towards you,
no warning just pain i stand on the shore,
purple water comes to retreat the love-
sand surrounded me, and sticks to my feet just in case,
one day you seem there stop and think,
and maybe care if one night my star was blessed and you saw me,
i'd confess that i have always thought of you
and i will forever carry one small trace
five of hearts and eyes lost in lace
