It's All Piled Up

The Pain leangers on
Ripping deeper into my soul
Behind those cold dark eyes a heart bleeding with tears exists
With every agonizing moment a
knife twists and stabs at my very essence of being
With a cool exterior and happy glow a part is played
Everything is all right
That isn't my heart that feels so hollow, so alone
If I could just make it through today
Death and depression can wait till tomarrow
When will I feel those exciting and youthful gasps of freedom
But those claws have reached so far down
Picking apart the very strings that hold me together
That allow me to keep acting in this play
This nightmare has to end
The demons inside have to leave
My insecurities have to level out
Or I won't survive through today
