I Love You

We stayed together through rough times and good
Our love bloomed like you said it would
I could never get you out of my mind
You were the one I set out to find.

Then I found these feelings were rare
And only belonged to the luckiest pairs
The feelings you felt were completely fake
The aching and crying I just couldn't take.

You said you loved me and I said the same
Little did I know it was only a game
The thoughts in my mind were always So true
And so were the words when I said , "I LOVE YOU."

Some people think that the heart is nothing
And you know, they might just be right
But when given to the wrong person
It gets broken with all of their might.
