At a recent joint military conference, the following announcement was made, 'The next seminar will be held at 3:00 p. m. For those of you in the Army or Air Force that is fifteen hundred hours. For those of you in the Navy, that is nine bells. And for those of you in the Marines, that is when Mickey's big hand is on the twelve and his little hand is on the three.'
