This company is truly amazing. When we have called to have our carpets cleaned, he is very prompt. We have our whole neighborhood using him now as well. I have even shipped him over to my parents house to have it cleaned. The prices are great as well.

Hero of the Week
My carpet cleaner, Don Becker of Platinum Professional Carpet Cleaning, came to the rescue again this week. We had used a very large faux palm tree in a metal container that we recently purchased at Costco Home to stage a new construction listing. When we went to unstage the home last weekend, the container had made a horrible black mark on the carpet. Yikes!!!
I emailed the real estate agent to explain what had happened. I then made a quick phone call to Don. He arranged to meet the agent at the house the following week to take care of the mark. I met them both there as well and just as I had anticipated, Don worked his magic and got out the "d... spot" in less than 30 minutes for a very reasonable fee.
