State Road No. 11 Central Washington Highway began at Jct. State Road No. 3 Inland Empire Highway in Pasco and headed north-northeasterly via Connell, Lind, Ritzville, Sprague, and Cheney, ending at a junction with State Road No. 2 Sunset Highway a few miles west of Spokane. In 1937, this route was redesignated as Primary State Highway (PSH) 11 Columbia Basin Highway . In 1937 or 1938, PSH 11 became part of US 395. Note that State Road No. 11 had no branches.
