I got tired of screwing around chasing the scarce salmon and steelhead, sold my Arima, downriggers and accessories and took up bass fishing. A friend and I have made our first two trips, we fished Mason lake. Caught 9 Lm, biggest of 5 and 6.5 LB. We're stoked. We also looked for Sm, which are supposed to be in that lake. We can't find 'em. Of course we don't know what we're doing which is probably a big a factor. We're thinking of trying L WA. Can anyone give us some pointers on how to find Sm in that lake? Also, are there other lakes in the area which would be good prospects? We're newbies so the easier the better. We live on Kitsap peninsula so we're looking for places on the west side. Thanks, Jack
