I have heard a rumor going around and I do not know if this is true or not but the company that makes dragonball z and gt in Japan are planning to make a new series of manga comics. This will include a super sayiin level 5. Details are still sketchy and I will repeat that this is not a solid fact its just a letter I read online from someone.
