What a great day I had on 4-17-00. Hubby actually proposed to me again :-)
In November 1985 we decided to get married, he did not get down on one knee, nothing romantic at all, we had dated 4 years and decided it was time so we were married December 23 1985. no fancy wedding, just him and I at the court house. We had $27.00 to our names when we got married there was not even a ring. We had been married about 2 years when we finally got each other gold wedding bands. Nothing fancy but I had always longed for a real wedding set.
Yesterday hubby came up to me while I was here on the putter, lightly touched my shoulder and when I turned around he was down on one knee, holding the most beautiful platinum wedding set I have ever seen. and he asked me to be his wife again. Talk about cry like a baby, it was so special and romantic. My dream had come true. I have the Man of my dream's, the ring of my dreams and the most romantic proposal ever imaginable.
We had been looking at rings so I figured something was going to be happening but I thought maybe he was going to do something for our anniversary like a anniversary band, or maybe he was just teasing. I was not really sure. I never dreamed anything like this. I was on cloud 9 all afternoon and evening. When the kids came home from School it was hubby that told them he had asked me to marry him again which even made it more special.

To His surprise I bought Hubby the matching man's ring on September 9th 2000. I think He was more shocked then I was when he gave me mine.
Maybe he will let me go shoping with my girlfriends more often hehehe
OK Guy's you all wanted to see the ring, So here it is, Hubby was a little disappointed with the pictures, he said "they don't show the real shine of the ring" but hey I had my hand stuck under my scanner, what did he expect hehehehehehe. They are truly beautiful platinum set and the shine is amazing.
