Then, go to Checkout, choose the correct ZIP Code for US domestic orders or the correct country for deliveries to non-US addresses and update to see the total cost. A separate e-mail to firstfleet@aol.com with details of the order

will insure that the correct number of books is sent to the correct address.

C. $46.00 Global Priority Mail (1 to 4 books in one box) to Europe, Australia, Japan and South America. 7-10 days D. $25.95 To Canada: Priority mail shipping (1 to 4 books in one box). 5-7 days. E. To Canada, $12.00 Priority Mail for single book. This is the least expensive way to mail to non-US destinations. Book is wrapped in several layers of plastic film and page corners are additionally padded to protect them as well as possible. The book is less well-protected than with a box. 3-4 weeks delivery.
F. $14.00 Priority Mail for single book to all destinations except Canada. This is the least expensive way to mail to non-US destinations. Book is wrapped in several layers of plastic film and page corners are additionally padded to protect them as well as possible. The book is less well-protected than with a box. 3-4 weeks delivery.

G. For use by resellers only, after prior coordination with publisher. $46.00 Global Priority Mail (1 to 4 books in one box) to Europe, Australia, Japan and South America. 7-10 days.

        H. For use by resellers only, after prior coordination with publisher. $14.00 Priority Mail (1 book in Priority envelope) to Europe, Australia, Japan and South America. 7-10 days. This method offers the least expensive shipping for a single book. Envelope does not give as much protection as Priority box.
