Here are bows of hickory and osage. All are 67" long, and from 40-65 lbs draw weight, some of the first self-bows I tried to make. They have nock overlays of horn and deer antler. |

Here's one of my latest projects, a Browning Wasp recurve that I refinished. It had that thick, plastic finish, and was in rough shape. I removed all the old finish with a cabinet scraper, and put on 6 coats of polyurethane, and buffed the last coat out with 0000 steel wool. |

This is a photo of my homemade feather burner, made from some hardwood scraps, two brass bolts, and a replacement ribbon for a Young's burner. I power it with a battery charger set on 6 volts. |
