"Seems everytime I make my mark, somebody paints the wall." Are we allowed to post poetry and such up here? Okay, good--as if you answered. Also, I have (part of) a book written called "Time Without Age." It should have some of it published in the next issue, check it out!! I feel so kewl, now; I'm advertising for an unpublished book. A true poet is not a thesaurus, but an artist capable of expressing real events through the art of language. It pleases me to see true poetry on this site. -Chater

In a momentary bliss of utter happiness, why is it that we must always deny the fact that we truely were happy? I always ponder that thought. Maybe you know...

Fallen, yes I have, but fallen for something a little more pure than I have ever had. BEAUTIFUL WAS MY MEADOW

On this war, torn ground where I stand
A lush, greem meadow use to be,
I would run through the fields of clover
Barefoot, happy and carefree!

Beautiful was the meadow
With, big shady trees,
That would shelter me from the hot sun
And sway gentley in the breeze!

There were bright colored flowers
Their fragrance filled the air,
Mother Earth tended her garden
With specill love and care!

On this war, torn ground where I stand
I close my eyes and I still can see,
Mother Earth's beautiful garden
The way it used to be!

There are no more flowers
No more trees,
Only man made craters
No more beauty to see!
