                                                            Chicken karahi
Ingredients 

Chicken pieces 1 KG 
       Cooking Oil 125 Ml. 
       Ginger julianned 2 Tbsp 
       Tomatoes chopped 1 Cup 
       Green chillies whole 4/5 
       Ground red chillies 1 Tbsp 
       Salt 1.5 tsp

 
                           Heat oil in a wok, add ginger and fry till golden brown 
                           add the rest of the ingredients all at once and let 
                           cook uncovered over medium heat for 15 minutes till 
                           and then over low heat for another 15 minutes till 
                           meat is thoroughly cooked till tender. 
                           Serve hot with Naan and fresh green salad
