In celebrating the new fragment, I made a Kaoru (guitarist of Dir en Grey) layout for the ring's homepage!! ^_^ Like it?? It's not just the layout that's new, some rules changed again! I try to make them as small as possible so the sites that are already in the ring does not have to be deleted...

As this ring progresses, getting more members (^^), I'll add more features to this ring to make it more fun! MEMBERS: You might get some weird mail from me from time to time. Not often though... I'm thinking about some awards and contests to members-only. (so you must join the ring if you want to submit your site to the contest, ehehehe)

NOTE: PLEASE ADD YOUR RING/HTML FRAGMENT AFTER YOU SUBMITTED!! I'M SICK AND TIRED OF WAITING TO ADD YOU TO THE RING!! NEW RULE: You'll be warned if you have not add the ring fragment for 2-3 days, I'll send you a little mail telling you to add it. If you still haven't after 2-3 days I sent the mail, that's it. You are a goner from the site... Sorry, but why dont you try waiting for 10 people not putting their ring fragment on!!
