The Sloggs have appeared at the Roadhouse at Lake Goodwin more frequently than any other venue. This is because Drew's uncle owns the Roadhouse. Patrons unanimously agree that the band is loud. The walls are concrete block and snare hits sound like cannon shots. The band members voted 3 to 1 not to mike the drum kit on New Year's and Drew's uncle threw in an extra $50.
