In my opinion Kefka from FF6 was more successful than his FF7 counterpart Sephiroth. I mean Kefka actually triggered a magical apocalypse while Sephiroth waits around for a big rock to fall. And he poisoned an entire castle. Oh well, Kefka has some great quotes as well. Such as, "I hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE YOU!!!!!"
That is a classic. Unfortunately after he has wrought his destruction, you don't get to see him much.
Sephiroth had some great moments as well. Such as when he goes mad in the Shinra Mansion and burns Nibelheim. But with the whole implanted memory thing, you aren't really sure if that happened or not....
I don't think his quotes are quite as memorable though, or else I might remember some of them :)
