Magic Bus has been performing primarily in the Western United States since 1992. The band plays the music of Jimi Hendrix, The Who, Led Zeppelin, The Doors, The Rolling Stones, The Beatles, AC-DC, and many more of the bands of the past, along with a stage show that includes reminders of the psychedelic 60's...Go-Go Girls in cages and bell bottoms, fluid lights, strobes lights, and black lights, peace signs, posters and incense. The Bus has traveled throughout the United States performing for various events for the Major League Baseball Players Association, The Cleveland Indians, the World Champion Anaheim Angels, and the San Deigo Padres. As members of the Baseball Player's Association Jam Band, Magic Bus has backed up guitarists, Mark Langston, Bernie Williams, Scott Spezio, and many more superstar musician-baseball players...now THAT'S entertainment! In addition to their activities with Magic Bus, three of the band's members, Lynn Sorensen (bass) and Joe Shikany (guitar) and Jeff Kathan (drums) toured with Paul Rodgers...the voice of Free, Bad Company, and The Firm...in Paul's solo band. |
