It is the year 2441. All hell has broken loose in the land we once called USA (United States of America). The west coast has sunken. Riots are going on everywhere, the transportation has came to a end. All water-transportation is forbidden because of the outragous waves in the ocean, most of the water vehicles have sunk so its rare you even see a W.V. All of the moving vehicles we called "Cars" are no use, because of the nuclear wars in the past lots of things have been destroyed. Humans now live underground or in vaults. All computer systems have crashed and humans cant establish to fix them. Technology is rare. Meteor showers happen often. Teleportation is used often. Here is some things that you should know about going to the outside.

1. Always wear a gasmask! The radiation in the air is very deadly and if a person inhales it they can die in less then 10 minutes.

2. Wear protective goggles! If not worn your eyes could disenagrate instantly.

3. Wear your radioactive suits! Its common sense! If not worn your doomed!

Those are a few rules for going to the outside world. For your survival always follow the rules!
