Hi-Tie Hot Pink was tied by Contributing Fly Tyer William Lovelace.   See many more of his flies at his page on this site, The Flies of William Lovelace.

Bill's Notes: A red and pink Hi-Tie can be found in Lefty Krey’s book Saltwater Fly Patterns. I tied this all pink version for Pink Salmon. The wing is added a section at a time starting from the hook bend. Tie in a small bunch of bucktail wrap and trim then repeat moving forward until you reach the hook eye. I add a dab of head cement to each bunch of bucktail before I finish the wrap and move on to the next layer.
