Wrap marabou plume forward in 4 to 6 wraps. Do not tie full. Stem will over wrap but rest between wraps of tinsel. (Should give a sparce, willowy effect). Tie in 2nd marabou plume, tip first @ 3/4 up shank. Tie in full, spey style. Build to what will be the head. The second feather becomes the shoulders of the fly.
