Bob FrandsenBritish Columbia fly tyer Cliff Carstens,  has been tying now for 30 plus years, but he has been kept quite busy with other matters these days. A new job, a new baby (Jacob) and a new house have taken up most of his time, so I was glad that he was able to have a little spare time to tie some new flies for Salmonfly.Net. I am sure you will agree that these Speys and his original Dee are worth his effort. By the way Cliff, these new contributions put you into the Gold Category, joining some "heavyweights" in the Contributing Fly Tyers Series. If you are interested after having viewed these flies, visit The Flies of Clifford J. Carstens to read more about Cliff.
